Ready for the Resto Show
We are busy with the final preparations for the Practical Classics Classic Car & Restoration Show at Birmingham’s NEC from the 21-23 March and this year we’re teaming up with the Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust (JDHT) on a special project -
a 1956 Jaguar XK140 Fixed Head Coupe.
The XK140 will arrive at the show in its full dusty glory, before the volunteers from the JDHT and members of the JDC start working on getting the car back on the road and looking its best. To help it on its journey, there will be schedule of technical talks, a detailing demo, and Q&A sessions to enjoy as well as the chance to watch the team in action. Feel free to pitch in and help!
There’ll also be an array of project and pristine vehicles on display including stunt driving legend and keen Jaguar collector Russ Swift’s latest project - a 1938 SS 100. Russ will be joined by Paul Crowther’s 1974 E-Type Series 3, Oscar Rozario’s 1965 Mk2, Robert Brown’s 2001 XJ8 Executive, and the JDHT’s 1990 XJS Twin Turbo 4x4.
Book your tickets using our exclusive club discount code. Come and say hello and grab your JDC merchandise from stand 530 in Hall 5.
